VATS signal Lets get a list going of the different cars and their VATS signals. I think this would help out a lot as it seems to be a recurring issue whith conversions. I know some are a set frequency and some are serial data.

I think it's a short list if your just including Gen 3 stuff. 
Trucks, Vettes, and GTO's are all serial data VATS.
