Is the 2005 Suburban 5.3 a returnless fuel rail system?. I can't see a regulator anywhere on the manifold fuel rails. If so, I plan to use the corvette regulator/fuel filter with return line in place of the 96 Blazer fuel filter. I just looked at the intake for the first time yesterday since i took it off the engine a couple months ago. Thanks

The 04 and 05 are returnless. But you can swap the rails off an earlier truck and get the vacuum regulator and return line.
I got a whole intake with injectors and the return rails from a boneyard for 50 bucks.
Then you can pretty much use the same fuel lines and filter setup you have now.
I wrapped up the injectors so I have spares if one goes bad.
In the long run I think this setup will be much cheaper to maintain. The Vette filter/regulators could get expensive if you have a few of them clog.

Thanks, Ind. warmrod. I spent all day today looking for adapter fittings to make the corvette filter regulator fit. No luck yet. Your idea may be a good idea. Thanks.
