Hey guys, need some opinons. Hey guys! My name is Carl, I live in Idaho and uhh.. a friend of mine showed me this site and ive read through alot of the threads over the months but never really spoke up hah. Anyways I have a 72 Camaro that has recently uh... broken down, and thought I'd ask for some advice here on what you guys think I should do. It had a somewhat built and blown 350, and I was on my way out to the track and had to stp when i thought I had blown a head gasket. Friend and I took the motor apart to find a beat to **** piston, broken and melted valve to the head, and cracked block 
! Anyways I'd like to get it running as soon as possible even though i'll be leavin for college on the 13th. Only possibilities i've thought of are build a motor and use some of the parts i got, crate motor, or drop an ls1. Just like to hear some of your thoughts on what I should do since i got a blower and a few useable parts sittin in my garage and a sad car waitin for a transplant.

hah im afraid of how much work itll take to get in and running.. but that would be very very sweet to get a lsx in.. how hard do you thnik it would be? skill needed? i miss driving it already and dread not being able to at school so want to get set on what i wanna do soon.
