Default Radiator question

I am putting a LS1 into a 71 Nova. I was planning on running a Griffin universal radiator. Do you just run the lower hose on the pass. side to the thermostat and the upper on the driver side to the waterpump? Sorry, it just sounds to simple, maybe I am looking to hard into this.

Yeah it really is that simple. The only other thing you need to do is the throttle body bypass hose, you can either run it to the top passenger side of your radiator, T it into the heater hose, or drill and tap the top of your water pump for it.
