The LQ9 can be made to perform just as well as an LS2....there's a reason it's rare to see an LS2 swap in a NBS truck, and why most guys go with the LQ9. 6.0L = 6.0L, the rest is just in the heads and valvetrain.......the only advantage I see to doing the LS2 is weight, which won't save you a significant amount. An LQ9 is going to be much cheaper and has the same potential as the LS2.

That sounds right. Now would anyone know why I have to rev my truck up to get oil pressure. I have a new ported oil pump from Lingenfeter. Also, at idle it drops down pretty low. Any ideas???
