I found a malibu that i would like to buy and put a carbed Lq4 in. It has a 8 or 10 point cage in it, 9inch rear, pro stars. super straight body just needs paint, Do you guys think this car would sell fast if i ever decided to sell it.

Probably would have $7000 in it. I know i always loose money when i build a car, but even if i broke even, that would be cool. and its not like there are a lot of these around with that motor.

well, if it's a nice 2 door 80's 'bu, they've been selling for a LOT of money up this way if they've got work done to them. i would loved to have had one for a drag car because they have great lines to them, not too much unlike my fox notch. i would definately say DO IT! Good luck!

Its a 79, i like the 78-9 the best myself, i didnt see a spec of rust or any dents on it. It would probably be work more if i left in FI but i dont want to mess with that.

yea, that's really what i meant. the '78-'80 or something. the squared off ones. i really like those cars. there is a website dedicated to those but i can't remember what it is. if you can find it, you may be able to find one with a lot of work already done to it for cheap.
