Wiring questions
Wiring questions ok ive been looking over the wiring on this swap for the past few days and i keep getting lost at the same point. i have a 00 motor with a 98 pcm. iirc the sensors etc from the 00 motor are different so maybe they swapped all 98 sensors etc over, who knows. but my problem is im just trying to figure out if i can just supply power to the PCM (which should intern supply power to the harness and sensors?) and ground the harness where needed, add ignition feed from key, tap tach signal and that should be it as far as getting it to run electrical wise right? the car already has relays and etc from the original motor etc, why cant i just resuse those relays and just splice wires where need be. every thread i see about the wiring appears totally different with extra things added like fans (which i dont see why they wire into the harness). also how can i tell what plug is what? i keep seeing c100 this and c105 that but how do i know which plug is which. i think im overlooking something really big but cant figure it out. 
to make the car just run you'll need proper power/ground to the PCM and the fuel pump relay wired up for the PCM to switch on/off (unless you just want it to run and jumper the pump to run with the key on).
IIRC if you have a 98 pcm you also have to have a 98 harness to make it work. if you have a 2000 harness and a 98 pcm then i believe there are issues as the pinouts are different.

i can't seem to find the diagram that shows the pins and which direction to look at the plugs though.

i actually figured it out with Slo_240sx's help and wired up the whoole thing last night. even has the obd2 port wired up :]
all i have to do is figure out how to wire the winsheild wipers etc (s14)
