60 Impala LS1 questions

I am looking into info for a LS1 in a 60 Impala swap , 4l60e trans also .

Any links?

Try Street and Performance at www.hotrodlane.cc I think they have an early 60s Chevy project in their project pages.

I am doing a similer setup on my 59 impala.

I have one in a '61....call Mark at S&P and he will hook you up with everything...from trans mount to headers and engine mounts.

Keep us posted I am considering doing a truck based swap into my 63 wagon. I saw somewhere there was a Impala with a truck intake on it, if that will work out it will save me alot of headache. Knowing mounts, etc for acc is also a hurdle, depending on if you want to run A/C, etc.
