ls1 in a v-6 car?
ls1 in a v-6 car? Anyone put an LS1 in a v-6 car? Obviously, it goes right in, but I'm wondering if its as simple as just getting a v-8 harness? We have a customer asking about it and we havent done this.

Into what car? Yes it can be done, but think of the requirements with 2 more cylinders. You'll need a stronger fuel pump, maybe even thicker fuel lines. How good is the V6's drivetrain? Might need to upgrade some parts there too.
in that case it would be a piece of cake, using BS3 
the ls1 harness doesnot plug right into the v6 side, you will need to do some splicing if you attemt to usea stock harness/pcm.
