Hey thanks man. Yours is sweet too! Here's a couple more ... I'm in the process of lowering it a good 3 inches and painting the wheels....

I did not need to modify the tunnel to get my 4l60 in there, fit like a champ. Have yet to work out the shifter situation, although it shouldn't be too difficult. Isn't it the same size as the 700, I think it is?

its close to the same size, its not the same exact case but it's close, I'm pretty sure I wont have to mod the tunnel either.

kdawg & nova65m

What tranny mount are you using, because I would like to avoid tunnel work?

I have a TCI 4 link that came with sub frame connectors and a tranny x member that goes with it. I have not figured out the actual mount yet but the stock Silverado mount will not work.

mine is just setting up in the tunnel on top of the crossmember. It's not all bolted up so I'm not sure what I'm gonna have do back there. I'm plannin on a Heidt's 4link with an adjustable crossmember.

Unhappy

The sway bar with the TCI front clip is pretty much a joke, hope the Heidts is better.

There's some good info for the question in the first post on this thread:

Good luck with it!
