LS6 into a Lt1 car

LS6 into a Lt1 car We are planning on swapping out from a wrecked 04 CTS-V 5.7, the motor, tranny, and wiring harness into a 94 Z28. I need some info becasue it seems to be hard to find any info on what we will need to make this fit.
Any info would be welcome

whats the difference from an LS1 and an LS6.. i mean, will the stock driveshaft still line up out of the camaro?
And motor mounts. between the LS1 and the LS6 are there any difference from the LT1.. can i use LS1 mounts on an LS6 for it to fit a LT1?

Your problem isn't going to be with the motor itself...its going to be with the fact that the CTS is a completely differeny application than the Camaro, and therefore will probably have a different setup with different motor/tranmission mounts. I'm not sure though, you'll have to look into it.
Motor wise though, the external dimenstions and mounts of the LS6 and LS1 should be the same.

what do u mean a different application? It uses the 5.7 LS6 motor and a T56 tranny. We have the engine,tranny, and complete wiring harness, along with radiator, exhuast, ecu, and pretty much everything...
