High rpm stumble

High rpm stumble so I'm finally getting enough confidence in my jeep that I'm starting to push it more and more, and I've figured out how to make it stumble.
The only times I've been able to make it happen have been on the highway. If I'm in say 3rd gear pedal down it'll start to stumble at around 4000rpm. As soon as I let off the pedal it seems to recover just fine. It only seems to do this if I've been driving for a while, not while cold. Seems like a fuel starvation problem to me. like maybe the fuel is getting hot somehow and causing vaporlock.
Let me also say that I HATE my external fuel pump because it's so loud.
I found an internal pump that will work perfect as a drop in replacement except that it's only going to run 45psi. Is that going to cause any issues if the flow rate is high enough?
I'm just thinking that I have some kind of fuel heating problem and maybe I'm just pumping it too fast and heating it up.
Any thoughts?
