parts?

what are some basic parts that i am going to need for an ls1 swap into an 89 mustang lx? What are some mods that i am going to have to do, to parts or the car?

easiest would be get a 4.6 tubular k member along wiht some factory 4.6 mounts and modify them to work ..you will also need some 302-351 long tube headers cut the flanges off and weld on ls flanges.... of course you will need the motor trans driveshaft etc the search on this site blows sometimes but when it works there is alot of great info

If you go with a manual tansmission you will need to sort out the clutch linkage. Everything else has been clearly figured out so far and if you search around the term "mustang" you'll find a lot of good info.
