Help!

Ok guys I got a buddy who has a 93 s-10 and he is wanting to put a ls1 in it. What would you guys recommend an ls1 or lt1, what tranny, what rear end, and fi or carb?

Go for a sweet look (my next project also) LS1/6sp/Vic Jr EFI manifold with Accufab 4150 1215 CFM EFI throttle body. To make it look carb

With 8.5 or 8.8 rear end....detroit tru trac.
