Belt question Alright I have a 1967 camaro that my LS1 is going in and have the ATS mounts in there with the A/C gone and everything else is there. Did a search and couldnt find an answer. What belt can I use now that the A/C is gone. I mean i know that it has to be shorter and I have a belt that is shorter to bypass the PS would that work? Secondly if so can I get this belt at a local auto parts store instead of having to order the thing. thanks in advance
The A/C is a seperate belt. Removing the A/C does not change the need for a 79 inch belt on the F-Body acc. Depending on what donor you used, you may need a differnt belt. Buy the main belt for the donor. You do not need a different length belt if you removed A/C on an LS1.
