I did this a few years back. Lets see............

Clutch
Crossmember
pedal Assy
Computer
Console
rubber mat that goes on floor for shifter
updated slave and master Cyl (do drill mod!!!!)
Aluminum D/S (my car had a steel)
gear swap at least 3.73's (drove around with the 3.23's for a few weeks.)
Get the right tool and make nice cuts in the floor and shifter area.
You'll have to do some basic wiring for the reverse lights, Neutral saftey switch and the reverse lock out.
I think that's about it but I probably forgot something.....
