ground control and a place called arizonazcar.com sells coil over kits for the s30 chassis. For the mount kit go to brokenkitty.com. Thats a place by the name on johns cars that sells these kits. They also make alot of kits to drop v8s in other cars (rx7/volvo/jaugar).

just dont get the tranny mount from johns cars. its a joke. i took one look at it and knew i could riip it right out of the car.

im on hybridz.org. its a great place for s30s and s31s. Search over there and u will have all the info u will ever need to swap the motor.

Never did update this thread. Its still a blast to drive. Collecting parts to solve my traction issues (wider wheels, coilover for clearance, cv converstion etc etc). It spins the wheels anything past half throttle in first second and part of third. Love it. Anywho. Heres the picture of the engine bay as of last month.

Looks great.Im in the process of my 240z LS1 Turbo project. It going to take a little while and the car is just for drag but this car look great!

I hd a question about clearance around the header. If possible could you take pictures of the clearance from the side of the block to the fender of the Z? Im consernd with clearance there.

i am doing a 280z ls1 swap im ok with everything but the wiring is there some where i can get a plug and play wiring or send it to some one and they do it and send it back and what do i need from my doner car for the z i think im going to get something wrecked
