Project nearly complete As some of you may remember I put a LQ4/4l80e and T case in my 1990 kit truck were the body looks like a hummer. I would have liked to have done tyhe labor myself but I did not have the time ( Why do I ahve a job? Oh yes to pay for all this 
) and this is my daily driver
Now that I have everything in and am seeing final bills I paid around $3500 in labor for a guy who had never done one of these engines before but had done may swaps before and had access to a guy who had swapped LS engines before.
I tooks like with a new harness and programming, adapters, engine, tranny, tcase, exhaust, air intake, accessories, drivelines, hoses, fuel lines pumps and filters, cooler lines, and a few other things that my final price for this swap is somewhere in $10,700.00 engine/tranny tcase are stock.
Did I handle this poorly or get ripped off or is this a common conversion price for this typd of job??
