Default Fuel rail question

Can someone tell me what the silver diaphram looking thing is on the fuel rails? My truck rails had 4, on the new ZO6 intake I bought it has a spot for one but is not there. Anyone help me out I tried searching but do not know what it's called. Thanks,

Jimmy

I do believe that is a pulse supressor. If I recall, it helps to smoth out pressure spikes from your in tank pump.

Thank you! Does yours have a silver cap on it or is it open? Seems like something is missing out of it. Thanks again,

Went to the dealer today and they assured it was the fuel dampener. Ran me 90 bucks with the 8 dollar retaining clip! Make sure you ask the person that you are purchasing an intake from if it has it `
