Im looking to get rid of my 700r4 behind my ls1 and i found a 4l60e from a 95 Lt1 that i want to build up.I looked at the wiring also and they are the same,so i wonder if my 99 fbody pcm will work.I can change the pinouts thats no big deal.And if ill be able to make changes in my efilive with it.I already beenusing the spacer andlonger bolts for the 700r4,plus i used a c5 flexplare and removed the slpined hub from it,that gives you both bolt patterns,ls1 or older style.
