anybody have any suggestions for a kickdown kit for a 700r4 for a GTO style throttle body ?(bowtie overdrives wont work, i think,according to their pictures) right now i just tack welded a bracket to my throttle body and threaded in the correct pin.

 

x2 on that i was going to ask that same questiononly my ls1 is going to a raptor 700r4

 

I bought the LS1 setup for my 700R and was just going to make a bracket to get the cable to sit where it needed to be.. a simple piece of bent 1/8" strap should do just fine. Their cam that clamps to the TB is very nice, I know how sensitive the TV system is to being in adjustment.

I later got a smokin' deal on a manual VB kit, so I don't need to use a TV cable anymore.

It's still new in the box if someone wants to make me an offer.. PM me.

 

Wish I had known it. I just ordered one yesterday. I taking the carb setup off my car and going back to injection.

 

I think s&p offers a tv cable bracket for around 35.00. I will probably be using their bracket but haven't found a tv cable I can use yet.

 

you can buy a universal tv cable which is lenght adjustable from any decent parts warehouse for like 20 bux
