Default LT1 to LS1 swap A/C question

I'm doing an LS1 swap into my 94 Z28 and have questions about the A/C.

Can I use the LS1 A/C compressor with the rest of the LT1 A/C system? I'm changing my fans over to the low/ high speed set-up in the later cars and will be feeding an A/C on signal to the PCM. Is there anything else I have to do?

Thanx

I heard you can use all of your existing stuff after the belt driven compressor.

I am changing everything out on my end, just to be safe.

I'd like to use it all but don't want to pull the dash to get the heat/ a/c box out.

Im changing out the complete interior too, so thats ok for me. Plus my 94 heater core had started to leak right before the engine went, so I have to change that out anyway. Looks like we are doing the same thing 94->02

I already changed out the interior last year. I probably should have changed the heater core while I had it out.

Interior swap, or LS1 swap? of the two I would say the interior was the easiest, adn I wanted to kill myself during that.

Pics in the link in my sig.
