t-5 into 240sx PROBLEMs so from everything i have read the t-56 and t-5 transmissions are very similar in dimensions.
I have seen the t-56 swap in with out any problems......Yet i have come into a problem with the t-5 shifter being in the wrong location.
I am using a 98+ t-5 bolted to a 5.3l and swapping into a 240sx.
Any one have any suggestions on what is needed to be done to get the shifter to the stock location?
Are any of you t-56 users running into this same problem?
