L92/L76 Intake to TAC module Wiring HELP!
I believe that I am running into a problem with the pinout wiring connection from a 2002 Corvette PCM feeding a C5 TAC module which is operating the new L92/L76 Intake / Head Combo. The Symptoms are that it runs for a few seconds and abruptly shuts off, subsequent start attempts have it running shorter and shorter. VATS is Disabled and the MAF is connected. I am Running C5 Corvette 2002 Code
The L76 Intake is supposed to be wired the same as an LS2 - That is;
Pin A - ACT 2
Pin B - ACT 1
Pin C - +5V TPS Ref (Common to both TPS's)
Pin D - TP1 Signal 0-5v
Pin E - Common Ground
Pin F - TP2 Signal 5-0v
The TAC Module has the following pin out
Pin 1 - TP Sensor Signal 1
Pin 2 - 5 Volt Ref (1)
Pin 3 - Low Reference (1)
Pin 4 - Cruise Set Coast
Pin 5 - Cruise Resume Accell
Pin 6 - Stop Lamp Supply Voltage
Pin 7 - Ignition Voltage
Pin 8 - TAC Motor Control 2
Pin 9 - 5 Volt Ref (2)
Pin 10 - Low Reference (2)
Pin 11 - TP Sensor Signal 2
Pin 12 - Not Used
Pin 13 - Notu Used
Pin 14 - Cruise On
Pin 15 - Ground
Pin 16 - TAC Motor Control 1
I have wired it as follows;
Pin A - ACT 2 - to Pin 8 (TAC motor Control 2)
Pin B - ACT 1 - to Pin 16 (TAC motor Control 1)
Pin C - +5V TPS Ref (Common to both TPS's) - Pin 2 5 Volt ref 1
Pin D - TP1 Signal 0-5v - to Pin 1 (TP Sensor Signal 1)
Pin E - Common Ground - to Pin 3 (Low Reference 1)
Pin F - TP2 Signal 5-0v - to Pin 11 (TP Sensor Signal 2)
Any Help on this would be greatly appreciated
