Where can one get custom A/C lines made?

You can make your own using Aeroquip steel braided A/C lines and fittings. Summit sells the lines and fittings. They are also in the Vintage Air catalog.

Typically and shop that makes hydraulic lines for large trucks or tractors can make them for you.

I took the A/C lines that came with the engine and the A/C lines that came with the car to NAPA and they mated the lines together for me with new hoses. The cost was under $15.

Superior Hose on Georgetown Road,
There is also a NAPA beside it that can make hoses, along with a big truck refrigeration shop on Nandino that can make them.
