It clears good, they fit great. We are very happy with them!

They adapter plates are the S&P as well, and they are made very nicely, but I would recomend going with steel plates. The steel plates are thinner, and it will make mounting the engine easier. A lot of people are making mounts now aday, and you could also use the S&P template to make your own. See rodders thread on which ones worked for him and which didn't. The Hookers pushed his motor too far back.

The Stainless Works headers are also very very nice. They also clear the stock steering box and are a 304 stainless long tube header...

If I recall, Rodder used the ATS setup. The SW longtubes are nice, but pricey. Depends on what you want. The midlength are simple, and give great ground clearance, the LT make a bit more HP. There is a thread on here somewhere with a guy that bought the JEGS swap plates with mounts, cheap, but I do not recall if he was happy with them. I believe they are setup similiar to the S&P plates, but steel, with mounts.

CPP makes them, and almost every chassis builder is selling them now. Just google them up. The CPP plates are less than $60 with the mounts! I haven't used them yet, but they look nice.
