ls1 in a 93z , or 99 v6?

ls1 in a 93z , or 99 v6? I'm new to all of this so i'll give you a fast run down to my problem. I have had hondas and worked on them for 10 years now. After selling and trading my turboed honda I ended up with a project that someone had started. The car is a 93 z28, the lt1 is out and a ls1 is in. harness from the tail lights to the head lights has been changed. All this is from a 99 z28(hit in the frount). I also have a 99 v6 that has a bad motor. Being that the 93 needs a lot more work would it be easier to just put the motor in the v6 or try to complete the 93?
93 needs a dash (harness is in)
has the auto from the lt1 in it but not sure what is needed to hook it up
flexplate(the 99 was a 6 speed)
fuel lines
