Default which stall for my LS1 Silverado

Help me out here guys. My project is getting close to completion. I am interested in putting a stall in it before I complete it. Is a stall something that will work good on my setup? If so, which one? Here is what I have.

86 Silverado rcsb, 98 LS1, 4L60E, 3.90 gears. The motor is stock but...I plan on driving it stock for a while then adding a magnacharger. It will be a daily driver. Is there a stall that will work good in a driver with a stock motor and a magnacharger? Thanks for your input. I will get some pics up soon.

Question Stall Converters

What does a, say 3,000 stall converter, do to your mileage, if anything? I would be interested in this as well. Thanks

I had a 3000rpm yank in my truck(2000 ECSB). It drove almost like stock(maybe exactly like stock...I can't remember). Either way that Yank 3000 was no hassle at all. My gas mileage would depend on how aggressive I was driving. 86Silverado I'd go with a 2600+ Yank converter.
