injector question motor ID i bought a 5.3 vortec for my 69 camaro. not sure what year of truck / suv it came out of. when we got it running we noticed it had a little miss so we checked the injectors and one of them were seized. when i took it out to get a new one i checked the part number on the net (#25323974 - ac delco# 17124531) it came up on several sites that it is for a 2001-2003 8.1 liter chev. now i know its not a 8.1 liter was just wondering if there was a certain year or vehicle that came with these injectors trying to find what exact engine this is. thanks.
If it's been tuned for the 30lbs/hr injectors (17124531), you'll want to replace it with the same.
If it's an 01-05 5.3, stock injectors would have been 25lbs/hr 17113698.
I'd check all of the injectors to make sure they match.
