FBody Fuel Tank venting?

FBody Fuel Tank venting? I have a 1999 Camaro fuel tank. I have all but one line plumbed: 
Anyone have a clue about what this line goes to? Service manual is no help whatsoever. FWIW, I have the 3 sender lines plumbed - fuel pump to filter to rail, vent return, and the middle one running back to the canister system.
