Help with ls1 in jeep

I found a mid 90s model jeep local for like 300 dollars and I have everything I need minus a block to build an ls1 so I was thinking about putting it in the jeep. I cant find any threads on install on a jeep. Any help on what is needed. I was thinking about going carb. This is just for an offroad vehicle mostly in the mud and things of that sort lol.
