Salvage yards. I picked mine up with the harness for 30 bucks, included the pedal also. Had to pull myself. I think you have to get from same class as PCM you're using, corvette, truck...

I found mine on EBay. I ended up paying too much though, saw others go cheaper a couple times after I bought mine
