There are many vendors and manufactors of the both just the adapter plates and complete kits.
Do some research in this forum and search out the A-Body swaps... Research the FAQ at the top of this section. There are to basic type of mounts S&P and BRP.. there are other manufactor of the S&P ... Hooker, Edelbrock, ATS, etc.. along with a 1" set back of the S&P style.
Figure out and plan on what front accessories you want to use as well as if you going to use AC or not.
BRP just release a new kit, you might want to look at that.. S&P has a complete line of swap parts and front drive accessories.
After you have research some. Please ask on specific questions and we will all be able to answer your question...

Just got my 6.0L back from the machine shop.I am using Doug's Long tube coated headers and their motor mount plates,using a Street and Performance oil pan,pick up tube.I figure for $70 I would use Doug's adapters,so if I have any problems with engine/header fitment,no one can point fingers at one another.
