Default Why would my DBW not work?

Well, after a couple of years, I was finally able to start the Magnacharger-blown 6.0L in my '70 Impala this past week end! What a sweet noise (no ehxaust yet, just manifolds!)...
Now I do have a bit of a problem: my Drive-By-Wire throttle pedal does not work. The engine starts and idles but nothing happens when I touch the pedal. This is my first engine swap ever and my first EFI vehicle, so I am stuck. What could be the problem, how can I troubleshoot this?
I do not know if this is related but the computer also gives me these 3 Trouble Codes: P0120, P0220, P1516.
Thanks!

I am using the pedal, TAC module and throttle body that came from the same truck as the engine, an '04 LQ9 6.0L from a Silverado SS. When I plug the Tuner that came with the Magnacharger, it gives the Vin of another vehicle for the computer than for the engine, though, I wonder if the junkyard gave me a computer from another truck (the truck that gave its engine was a front crash, maybe its original computer was damaged?). I wonder if this could be a problem...
Truck Vin: 2GCEK19N641318235
Computer Vin according to Magnuson Tuner: 1GCHC23U94F257004
My computer was simply reprogrammed by Speartech, the usual stuff, remove Vats, front O2 sensores, Evap...

Call John at Speartech. He is the master, I'm sure he will help you trouble shoot it. Did you let John Know it was ETC? He helped me find a bad switch in my cruise control.

Well, that's my problem, John at Speartech says that there is not much I can do at home without the proper diagnostic tools... So that's why I was kind of counting on the knowledge on here...

you could check the output form the TAC or at the input to the throttle actuator

you're missing the throttle control signal somewhere, could be programming, wiring, or throttle controller....i suggested the test to rule out programming..... you'd need the wiring diagrams for that system to determine which wire sends the signal to the throttle controller on the throttle body...you'll need a volt/ohmmeter to help troubleshooting..good luck

Key on but motor not running. 1.) Press the gas pedal while having someone watching the throttle. Does the throttle move at all? Can you scan the pcm with a code reader to verify no present/active codes?
