Thought about doing a prostreet LSX porsche but ran across my Datsun instead. Still in the back of my mind though. Those are pretty cool cars and I have seen plenty of them converted to SBC's.

Yes,any thing in particular you want to know about it just let me know. I have the motor back out of it doing some upgrades right now.The cutch I had in it would not hold the power from third gear on,so I am installing a clutch set up that will hold it.Parts should be here soon.I will try to post some pictures if you want after I get the motor back in . ![Chug! Agreed, intentionally putting a lower powered engine in just because it is weavier....
That makes no sense at all!
If anything I would think they use LT1s because old small block mounting kits could be used.
Lighter and more powerful equals better...period!
