LS1 swap to LS2 or LS6

LS1 swap to LS2 or LS6 I want to purchase a new motor (LS6 or LS2) & I have a few questions...:
Can I use the same transmission & clutch (stage 3 RAM) from my LS1???
Can I use the same nitrous kit from my LS1???
Will the rear end + 3.73's hold with either motor + the 100 shot of nitrous???
What electrical modifications do I need to do to make this work?
I dont need a new motor, but really want to do this swap. I dont want to do it if it's more costly than what I realize. I want to buy the motor now & will probably install it later this summer. I have $8000 to spend now, but how much do you guys think it'll cost in the end??? Don't count the labor because i will be doing this with a friend.

Well a ls2 has the wrong reluctor wheel to work with your pcm, ls6 will work, do you want a built motor ? clutch will work fine and nitrous setup also, rearend I would upgrade for sure

i am doing a simular swap. i have a ls1 now but the oil pump started to go and be fore i caught it the motor started knocking. i bought a ls6 crate engine. will my harness and computer work or will i need to buy new??? everything is stock. thanks
