Default C105 pin H

What is this for? One guide says it has something to do with the EGR, but they aren't positive exactly what. Another says it's a purple wire the AIR solenoid relay control, but on my harness it's an orange wire. So what is it for? I assume I just have to put constant power to it like the other orange wires, but I'd like to know what it is for.

C105 in a V8 is for the cruise control from what I can tell.
H - is B+,
B - is switched ignition
D - Cruise Control Inhibit Signal
F - Cruise Control Engaged Signal
G - Engine Speed Signal
