Recommendation for gas ECU#(may try E85 in the future)?

Recommendation for gas ECU#(may try E85 in the future)? Wanted to get some input on a recommendation for an ECU. My 65 Chevelle SS has a 200R4 in it now,but I did have my harness built with wiring in it for the 4L60(It is my understanding the engine may bog or simply die when braking hard from highway speeds?)so a transmission change may be in my future.
Engine is a LQ4 .020 over with a 04 ZO6 cam,rebuilt 317 heads,F body intake and accessory drive.
Option #1 a recommendation on a "GAS ONLY" ECU that will run the engine on regular gas and in the future I use HP Tuners to try to tune engine with E85?
Option#2 a recommendation on a "FLEX-FUEL" ECU that will run the engine on regular gas and on E85 when I tell it via HP Tuners?E85 is avail here in Colorado at $2.59 vs. $3.41 per gallon
My harness builder gave me 2 ECU #'s 16263494 and 12200411.He told me he was not aware of any E85 ECU that was drive by cable and not drive by wire.

e85 i read somewhere is not so much the timming you have to worry about its jetting and the fuel system its ran in i thinks its got alot more methanol its a higher octane so more compression but they were talking about the lines its ran in and the tank style
You use a lot more fuel with E85. Divide the E85 price by 0.72 to compare apples to apples. It'll cost you $3.60 worth of E85 to go the same distance as $3.41 of gasoline.
