Default LQ4 Oxygen Sensor Question

Do the LQ4's only have 1 o2 sensor? I can only find 1 o2 sensor on my harness.

The LQ4`s have 4 o2`s like all of the other LS series engines. 2 before the cats and 2 after, the 2 after may have already been removed if the harness is from a vehicle that was already modded, but there should still be 2 left on the harness.

damn, thats what i thought. Looks like they butchered the harness a bit whilst removing the engine.

Do you know if the post cat o2 sensor wires are bundled with the transmission wires?

On the passenger side the o2 wires are not bundle with the trans, they are their own loom. IIRC the drivers side is bundled with the trans harness.

Ahhh i found my passenger side o2 wire, it was tucked up onto the manifold, it looked like it was connected to something. There is about 4-5 other connectors on the harness that i need to figure out.

A is for the rear o2 sensor
D is for the MAF/IAT sensor

B,C,E I`ll have to look into that, what color are the wires that come off them? IIRC at least 2 of those are for the A/C low pressure switch and recirculation.

I really appreciate your assistance!

It looks like B is brown and black, C is darker green and black, E is lighter green and black.

I also found a connector down by the A/C compressor that i have no idea about (ties into the same bundle as the A/C clutch connector). The wires are a light blue and a light green.

C is the A/C low pressure switch
The connector down by the A/C compressor is the A/C high pressure switch

E should be the low coolant level sensor

B I`m still not sure on, the only thing I can remember that uses a brown and black wired 2 wire plug is the oli level sensor, but I don`t think that will stretch down to the pan.

What year wiring harness is that?
