I need to order some pipe so I can start building my exhuast but I don't know what size I should run. I'm going to Y into a single exhaust/single muffler out the back. It's a street car, so I don't need it too obnoxious. I'm thinking 2.5" off the headers into dual cats y'ed into a single 3" out to a muffler.

I have not, I haven't even ordered them yet. I know they won't fit without modification, but they seem like the easiest to get to work for me right now.

Burns Stainless should have whatever you want. They are a pricey though. If you are building the rest of the system then you might want to take a shot at making a y-pipe yourself. It's not too hard at all and assuming it turns out well it'll give you the confidence to get more adventurous with your fab skills later on.

those headers are gonna take a lot of work to make fit. i used hooker block huggers and made them work. im actually gonna be selling them in a few weeks if youre interested. only downside is they arent stainless but they sure as hell have a good coating on them because i havent had any issues with it and ive heated em up pretty good

The hooker block huggers are like $209 from summit(i have those sitting here as well). I made sure I had a huge list of stuff to get from summit considering shipping there is only $11 no matter how much you order.
