gm performance parts harness

gm performance parts harness i have the gm harness in the box with ecm. it will plug into my gm performance LS3 crate motor in a 67 camaro with a 4l60e. has anybody used this harness/computer? what trans harness/computer are you using? probally going with the gm trans harness setup but i am open to suggestions. anything is better than paying for that.

If you were planning on running an automatic, why would you get the GM performance parts harness??
Anyway, TCI and Jet I believe both make a stand alone trans controller. Its a little bit cheaper than the GM one.
Otherwise, sell the GM harness and go aftermarket with one for the engine and trans together.

They can help with an ECU for the transmission along with a cool paddle shifter. The GM harness has all of the needed outputs in the bulkhead connector.

i guess we didnt do our homework. we talked to everybody including gm and others. we got so many different answers that were not correct. we have already done this conversion with a modified stock harness and a fast harness in two early 60's vettes. we wanted to use the gm route....any options?

Options are basically either a different harness package that has the controls for the trans from someone like Speartech or Current Performance. Or... an aftermarket trans controller kit.
