Default S10 Wiring question

I know there is a massive S10 thread, but im having trouble finding the info needed..

I have a 95 Blazer and 06 LQ4. From what I can tell there are a few companies doing the conversion harness. I really dont have the patience to do this myself and would rather spend the money to have it done right.

Ulitmate goal is to use as many as the factory gauges as possible and have this all be as close to factory as can be.

Of course I am looking for the best price and quality. Can you guys who have done this swap or even sponsors who make and sell these shed some light on the subject, who you have used, how it went, etc etc.

PS - this is not a drive by wire motor, and I understand I will probably have to do some splicing here and there and thats fine with me.

I'm not sure if I can post it here or not. I built my own harness. For s10 swaps current performance specializes in s10's only and for 850.00 you get a complete turnkey harness ready to go.. That is the route I would go if I did not want to build my own.

not that hard to do your self. Just somewhat time consuming. all you need are some diagrams and basic common sense. Took me about 6 hours to wire my truck, and saved me $850.

I am pretty good with wiring, and not real scared to do it myself if I had some basic information. Do you put a new plug on the engine harness that then plugs into the chassis harness on the drivers side of the vehicle? Is that how the gauges etc are fed information?
