Help! HP Tuners keeps saying,"the interface was not found.... or is not responding.Verify it is connected properly and that the vehicle's diagnostic port has power.Any help would be appreciated.Did confirm orange wire to pin #16 at the diagnostic port does have power to it.

VEEE8 Hit the nail on the head.USB drivers were not installed.Searched for new hardware install wizard found HP Interface but no drivers were installed.Put the HP Tuners CD back in the CD drive and installed drivers.THANKS FOR THE HELP!
