electronics newb here.
i understand the signal wire going to pin 30 is supposed to output 5 volts at 50 hz or whatever.
if i hook up the multimeter for dc, will i see 5 volts?
i'm getting like .5 volts most of the time, but it changes.
i'm assuming i screwed up when i built the module, but i just wanted to make sure i should be seeing 5 volts before i try to built another module.
