Diagnostic Port Wiring Help
I have a quick question for you guys. I have done a ton of online research on this and cann't find an answer. I just picked up an obd2 diagnostic port and I don't know what all the wires hook to. I have found the diagram with the 4 wires multiple times but my problem comes in that I have a 5th wire. Here is what I have.
Purple in pin 2
Black in pin 4
Black w/ white in pin 5
Orange in pin 16 AND
Green in pin 14
Does anyone know how this all hooks together? I'm trying to get this done ASAP as the car is almost finished. A quick response is greatly appreciated

Your OBDII connector has 5 wires?
I've only used the 4 wire ones and my car works great. So for now, i'm going to ASSume that the Green wire in pin 14 is not used.
Your Green Data information transfer wire(Pin 58 Blue connector[serial data]) from your PCM connects to the purple wire.
Both of the blacks can be soldered together and put to ground.
And your Orange wire should go to 12v constant
