Weight On A 2001 Camaro LS1 Engine?

I see different weight listings & wondered if some are weights fully dressed...and some with no accessories at all? Looking for the weight of an all aluminum 5.7 with all accessories bolted up. Thanks

It has been said that the full dress LS1/6 are about 440 lbs., Add about 80 more for a iron block engine.

I'm wondering if this weight includes the iron exhaust manifolds? Or not?
