Wirng question I've started to modify the harness from my 2004 GTO engine for my first gen camaro and I need something cleared up. I found that several wires are designated as "ignition" 1, 2, or 3. I assume these are ignition on, start, or accessories, but I need to know which is which. I appreciate any help, thanks

Most likely those wires are all pink? and they need to be hot in run and start. I don`t have diagrams for an 04 GTO, but this is common on many of the other LSx harnesses. They have more than 1 wire that has +12v in the start and run positions. The are usually fused separately so they are labeled IGN 0, IGN 1, IGN 2, etc.

I'm using an '04 GTO harness for my Miata conversion. I'm trying to strip out unused stuff and convert from A4 to M6 while I'm at it. I haven't gotten that far yet but have labeled all the GM wiring I'll need to jump to the Miata stuff.
