Got Heads??
Check the "For Sale" Forum LS6 heads (yes, with the light weight valves) are offered with some regularity on the "For Sale" forums.
There's a guy over there offering brand new "take off" LS6 valves for $120 /set delivered. He has multiple sets.
It's not that hard to find LS2 (243 casting) heads having the stock (heavier) valves. I see them often (just bought a set with 13K miles for $ 475 delivered).
Have seen high mileage 243 heads go for close to $ 300/pair.
Just bide your time and you'll come up with a decent deal.
