Throttle body hose?

I attached a picture of my throttle body... well for now, I plugged that hose comming out of my throttle body... I think its the return of the water from the engine to the bottle that is connected to my radiator... for now I plugged it off... its not connected to anything... what did u guys do to it?

P.S: its the one with the bolt blocking the thin Hose... is it ok to just block it? or should I let is leak into something?!

You can leave that open if you reroute the coolant from the vent tube in the top of the heads to the rad or upper rad hose. Coolant is routed through this.......

lol... I kinda got something from what you described... but not everytihng... what top part should I reroute?! and how can I leave it open? cause when I did leave it open it spilled water out when the car turned on...
