I have an 00 Firebird vert and the top switch is mounted into a plastic flat panel that sits sloppy hanging by the switch wires in the console hole. How is this supposed to be secured?
Can someone explain/post pics of parts

it should have clips holding it in... if broken, you may need to buy a new one.
